Ailixar is an AI build studio. We build AI agents that answer from your own data and act in your systems after a person approves, plus the web and mobile software around them: dispatch platforms, field-service apps, safety and compliance systems, and AI features in apps you already have.
A paid workflow audit is $950, credited against a build started within 60 days. Fixed-scope builds start at $2,500 for one feature, $4,500 for a first AI workflow and $6,500 for a wider build with a mobile app. Dedicated developers are $31 to $36 an hour. Model and hosting costs are billed at cost.
A first AI workflow usually takes three to six weeks from signed scope to live. Larger platforms ship in phases, each ending with something you can use, and you see working software every week.
You do. Code lives in your repository from day one, and the code, prompts and configuration we build are yours once paid for. Our reusable tools stay ours and are licensed to you. Your data is always yours.
Anthropic and OpenAI models through the Laravel AI SDK, picked per task for cost, speed and accuracy. We never use your data to train models, send a model only what a task needs, and turn on zero data retention where the provider offers it.
Only with a check. Agents read through tools limited to what the signed-in person may see. Actions that change data, such as creating a booking or a bill, go to a person for approval, and every AI action is logged.
Yes. Our hours are Mon–Sat, 09:00–18:00 PKT, and we agree an overlap window with your team before we start. You get a daily written update and a weekly demo.
Every build includes a bug-fix window. After that, a monthly care plan covers model and API changes, prompt and evaluation upkeep, monitoring and small changes, or you can keep a dedicated developer.
A good fit: a clear workflow that costs time or money today, data in systems we can reach, and someone who can decide quickly. Not a fit: equity-only offers, undefined problems, or anything that must launch next week.
