Project Goals
Freelancers, landlords and small businesses lend, rent and sell on installments, then spend weeks chasing payments with nothing in writing. The client wanted a simple way to put an agreement on record, get the other person to accept it, and follow up on every late installment without awkward messages.
The Result
We built the Flutter app and the Laravel back end. A user creates a contract with a payer, witnesses and dated installments, and the payer accepts or rejects it in the app. Payers submit proof of payment for approval, and overdue installments trigger reminders by email, WhatsApp, push notification or an automated voice call. Contracts export to PDF. Users build a reputation score from how they pay and how they're reviewed. They can also ask for a lawyer consultation. Stripe subscriptions turn on plan features, and an admin console manages users, plans and settings. The app is in closed testing on Google Play and deploys to its host through CI.
