Project plans
Each project plan is a fixed price for an agreed scope. The prices below are starting points. Your fixed quote comes from the scope we agree, and you approve it before any work starts.
AI Workflow Audit: $950
Two weeks to map one workflow, check your data and systems, and leave you with a build plan and a fixed quote. The plan is yours to keep.
- Workflow and data review
- Architecture sketch
- Fixed quote for the build
- Credited if you build within 60 days

Feature Build: from $2,500
One AI feature or integration added to an app you already have, such as an assistant, smart search or document reading.
- One feature, scoped up front
- Wired into your data and permissions
- Usage limits and cost tracking
- Bug-fix window after launch
First AI Workflow: from $4,500
One agent or workflow connected to your systems, with tools, tests, logging and a handover. This is the usual place to start.
- Agent with tools over your data
- Human approval for actions
- Evaluation tests and logging
- Weekly demos and handover
Extended Build: from $6,500
A wider build: more tools and integrations, an admin console or a Flutter mobile app around the agent.
- Everything in First AI Workflow
- Admin console or mobile app
- More integrations
- Milestone billing on demos
Dedicated developers and designers
A dedicated developer or designer works on your roadmap on a monthly contract. Longer contracts cost less per hour.
| Contract length | Developer | Designer |
|---|---|---|
| 3 months | $36 an hour | $28 an hour |
| 6 months | $34 an hour | $27 an hour |
| 12 months | $32 an hour | $25 an hour |
| 24 months | $31 an hour | $24 an hour |
Both roles include:
- You talk directly to the people doing the work
- A short written update every working day
- Overlap with your working hours, agreed up front
Developers cover Laravel, React, Flutter and AI integration, and the code lives in your repository from the first commit. Designers cover product and interface design for web and mobile, with design files and components ready for developers.
How billing works
Project work is billed against milestones you can see and test.
- Fixed price. You approve the price before we start.
- Milestone billing. You pay as each milestone is demoed and accepted.
- Audit credit. The $950 audit fee is credited against a build started within 60 days.
- Changes in scope. New requests outside the agreed scope need a change request and your written approval before they cost anything.
- Written proposal. The final price, payment schedule and dates are confirmed in a written proposal.
What isn't included
Running costs are separate from the build price, and we pass them on without a margin.
- Model usage. Fees from AI model providers such as Anthropic or OpenAI are billed at cost.
- Hosting. Servers, storage and databases are billed at cost.
- Third-party services. Fees for services the build relies on, such as payment processing or a paid API, are paid to those providers.
- Ongoing work. Every build includes a bug-fix window. After that, a monthly care plan covers model and API changes, prompt and evaluation upkeep, monitoring and small changes. Ask for the care plan price with your quote.
How to choose a plan
Pick the plan that matches what you know today.
- You know the problem but not the build or the cost: start with the AI Workflow Audit.
- You have an app and want one AI feature in it: Feature Build.
- One workflow costs you time or money, and you want an agent connected to your systems: First AI Workflow.
- You need the agent plus an admin console, a mobile app or more integrations: Extended Build.
- You have a steady roadmap and want someone on it every week: a dedicated developer or designer.
