Copyright and DMCA Policy

Who owns the content on this website, and how to report copyright infringement under the DMCA.

Effective Date: October 9, 2026

Copyright notices can be sent to hello@ailixar.com.

1. Ownership

The text, design, graphics, code and other content on this website belong to Ailixar or are used with permission. Third-party names, logos and trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the tools and platforms we work with. You may link to our pages, but you may not copy or republish our content without written permission, except as the law allows.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices that meet the requirements of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws elsewhere. If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the email address shown at the top of this page, with the subject "Copyright notice", including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or someone authorised to act for the owner.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL or location of the material on our website.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We will review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to material where appropriate, and tell the person who provided it.

3. Counter-Notices

If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with: your signature; the material removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number with consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice. Where the law allows, we may restore the material unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.

4. Repeat Infringers

We will end access for anyone who repeatedly infringes others' copyright, where we are able to.

5. False Claims

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider getting legal advice first.

6. Client Work

Code and materials we create for clients are owned as agreed in each client's contract. Case studies on this website are published with the client's permission or use sample data, and are labelled as client work, our own product, open source or a concept.
