Accessibility Statement

How we make this website usable for everyone, and how to tell us when something is not.

Effective Date: October 9, 2026

Accessibility feedback can be sent to hello@ailixar.com.

1. Our Commitment

Ailixar wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

2. What We Have Done

  • Every page has one main heading, a logical heading order and landmarks, plus a link to skip to the main content.
  • All functions work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • Images have text descriptions; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Form fields have labels, and errors are described next to the field, with focus moved to the first field in error.
  • Text and controls are checked for colour contrast.
  • Animations are reduced or switched off when your device asks for reduced motion, and the moving images at the top of the home page pause when you point at them.

3. Known Limitations

  • The embedded Google map comes from Google and may not be fully accessible; the address is also given as text on every page.
  • Case-study screenshots show software interfaces with small text; their descriptions summarise what they show.

4. Feedback

If something on this website is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email us at the address shown at the top of this page. Tell us the page and what you were trying to do. We aim to reply within five business days.

5. How We Check

We test the website with automated accessibility checks and by hand with a keyboard, and we review it when we make significant changes. This statement was last reviewed on the effective date shown above.
