Project Goals
A group running several business units kept its leadership priorities in a single-page prototype that saved to one browser. It needed a multi-user system where each unit's data stays separate, people see only what their role allows, and setting up a new project takes minutes instead of an afternoon.
The Result
We built the production system with separate organizations, each with projects, tasks, comments, attachments, daily focus lists and notes. Access works at two levels, organization and project. There are 115 permissions, each mapped to one action, and new organizations and projects start with sensible roles. An onboarding assistant turns a written brief into a proposed project plan, but nothing is saved until a person approves it, and every AI exchange is logged and purged on a schedule. Email goes out through each organization's own mail settings, and exports and reminders run in the background.
