Who the audit is for
The audit is for teams that have a workflow costing time or money and want to know what an AI agent would take before they commit to a build.
It fits best when you have:
- A clear workflow. For example, staff answering the same questions about today's trips, retyping supplier invoices, or following up safety alerts.
- Data in systems we can reach. A database, an app with an API, or exports we can read.
- Someone who can decide. A person who can approve the scope and the budget quickly.
It's not a fit if there's no defined problem yet, or if something has to launch next week.
What you get
You get four things at the end of the two weeks, and you keep all of them whether or not you build with us.
- Workflow and data review. A written map of how the workflow runs today, which systems hold the data, and whether an agent can reach it.
- Architecture sketch. What the agent reads, which tools it needs, which actions need a person's approval, and how it fits with your current software.
- Build plan. The scope, split into milestones you can demo and accept.
- Fixed quote for the build. A price you can approve, compare or take to your own team.
How the two weeks run
The audit follows the same steps each time.
- Pick the workflow. On the first call we agree which single workflow to look at and what a good result would be.
- Walk through it. We talk to the people who do the work and watch how the task is done today.
- Check data and systems. We look at where the data lives, how clean it is and how an agent would read it. Read-only access or sample data is usually enough.
- Plan and quote. We write up the architecture sketch, the build plan and the fixed quote, then go through them with you.
You talk directly to the engineers who would do the build.
Price
The audit costs $950, fixed. It's credited against a build started within 60 days.
What happens after the audit
You choose what to do next. There's no obligation to build with us.
- Build with us. Your quote will usually map to one of our plans: Feature Build from $2,500, First AI Workflow from $4,500 or Extended Build from $6,500. The $950 is credited if you start within 60 days. A first AI workflow usually takes three to six weeks from the signed scope to live.
- Build it yourselves. The plan and the architecture sketch are written so your own team can use them.
- Wait. Sometimes the data isn't ready yet. The review tells you what to fix first.
What an audit looks for
The audit looks for the parts of a workflow where an agent can answer from your data, and the parts where a person must stay in charge.
In our NEMT dispatch platform, staff ask an assistant about today's trips and it answers through ten read-only tools over live trip data. In our executive command center, an AI drafts a project plan from a written brief, but nothing is saved until a person approves it. The audit decides which of these patterns fits your workflow.
See pricing for every plan, and security and data for how we handle access during the audit.
